With the Guild Wars universe rapidly expanding, it’s only natural that you’ll want to explore what’s on offer - but what if you’ve run out of character slots and want to try out a new profession? Maybe you want to brave new PvP arenas but don’t have the skills needed to competse with better equipped players?
Help is at hand; just visit the new in-game Guild Wars Official Store. Here you can enhance your skills in combat with PvP Editions, buy additional character slots or experience other campaigns in the Guild Wars saga - all at the click of a button!
Once purchased, your item will be instantly added to your account, so you can start playing right away. Here’s how it works:
IMPORTANTIf you registered your Guild Wars account from within the game client, you will need to associate the game account with a PlayNC Master Account before you can use the store. Upon entering the store you will see a screen asking you to enter your details.
It is very important that you use your correct PlayNC details on this screen. If you enter them incorrectly you will be unable to access the store.
If you have entered the incorrect details and cannot purchase from the store, please contact Customer Support.
- Log into Guild Wars
- On the top right corner of the character select screen, you’ll see the store logo (pictured below). Click on ‘Enter Store’
- If this is your first visit, you’ll need to associate your Guild Wars game account with your PlayNC Master Account
- The store will load and once inside you can browse all the products available
- To view more detailed product information click ‘Product Details’, and to purchase, click ‘Add to Cart’
- Once you have chosen the item(s) you wish to purchase, hit the ’Checkout’ button. You will now be asked to enter your payment details and confirm your purchase
- Check your basket contains the correct items, and then click ‘Purchase’. Your items will be instantly added to your account. Please note that nothing will be physically sent to you
More items will be added to the Official Store in the future, so remember to check back often to see what’s available.
